Mr. Carter and the Cartgroup Consultants International provide consultative services leading the implementation of our Applicant Tracking System and recruitment procedures. Mr. Carter works as an integrated partner providing expertise in development of policies and procedures, organizational governance and delivery of management training. He also assists in our recruitment process of qualified candidates. Mr. Carter has extensive management work experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures, executing business development processes, and facilitating employment and organizational development training. He worked on the Department of Labor/Department of Defense’s Transition Assistance Program (TAP) as a key knowledge manager and highly respected facilitator. Mr. Carter holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University and a BA in Organizational Interpersonal Communications from California University State Long Beach. Mr. Carter is a recipient of the Golden Key Honor Society Lifetime Member and Active Board Member of the Rotary Club of Dallas.
