Willie Merritt is a seasoned Facility Management Administrator with over 44 years of experience, specializing in healthcare environmental services, government, research facilities, museums, commercial office buildings, and medical facilities. He has managed grounds maintenance, warehousing, and logistics operations, as well as the operation and maintenance of building mechanical systems. Willie has successfully overseen budget operations exceeding $15 million annually and managed a team of over 360 employees. Willie attended Beulah Heights University and holds several professional certifications, including Facility Management Administration (FMA) through BOMA, Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH) through the International Executive Housekeepers Association (IEHA), and Registered Building Services Manager (RBSM) through Building Services Contractors Association International. He has served as a two-term president of the Peach State Chapter of IEHA and was a past board member and chairperson of its Ways and Means Committee. Additionally, he was a former member of BOMA – Atlanta.
