Through SourceAmerica’s innovative Mentor-Protégé Program under the AbilityOne Program, Rising Star has broadened its traditional AbilityOne Program Lines of business, which encompassed Facility Support Services and Temporary Staffing, and introduced new services which are illustrated below.
Our Mentor-Protégé teams, with their extensive experience in federal government contracting and deep understanding of the AbilityOne and SBA small business programs, are a testament to our readiness and capability to handle complex projects. Our recruiting efforts are further bolstered by the Wounded Warrior Project, the Department of Labor and the Department of Defense’s Transition Assistance Program, along with other federal, state, and local organizations that champion the training and development of professionals with disabilities.
